What kind of common injuries have you had to deal with? Has this injury effected your workout? I have had to deal with some major injuries in my short lifetime and I have had to adjust the way I lift weights and the way I move. Some of my injuries have included herniated discs, plantar fasciitis, pulled muscles, etc...

I like to post W.O.D. (Workouts of the Day). These workouts are usually for people at the intermediate level of fitness. Of course no workouts are exclusive! People that are just starting out can also do these workout- at their own pace. My question is: Do these pre-made workouts help with motivating you? Do these workouts help with knowing what to do? Any kind of feedback is helpful!
